Donna J. Swierczek, 69, of Wheatland, IN passed away at her home on Friday July 3, 2020 at 6:32 PM with her family at her bedside. Donna was born April 22, 1951 in Vincennes, the daughter of Chester and Marilyn Beachler Street. She was a 1969 graduate of Lincoln High School and worked as a nursing assistant at the Good Samaritan Hospital for several years. She attended Wheatland Wesleyan Church and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.
Donna is survived by her husband, Donald T. Swierczek, children, Melanie Taggart, and her husband Maurice of Wheatland, IN, Audrea Mouzin, and her husband, Michael of Vincennes, IN, Gregory Swierczek of Campbellsville, KY and Michelle Swierczek also of Campbellsville, KY., and Stacey Bradley of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jordan Legg, Cole Legg, Caleb Mouzin, Shaylee Mouzin, Kash Mouzin, her great grandchildren, Emily Legg, Russ Legg, her sisters, Rhonda Laue, and her husband John of Vincennes, IN, Janet Houck, and her husband Gary of St. Francisville, IL, Susan Potts, and her husband Terry of St. Francisville, IL, and Shannon Street of Vincennes, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents Chester and Marilyn Street.
The family will receive friends and family at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home on Wednesday July 8, 2020 from 5 to 7 PM where a service will be conducted at 7:00 PM with Pastor Kenny Mitchell officiating. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Good Samaritan Hospital Kidney Dialysis Department.
