The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington woman Thursday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Over .15%, Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance Causing Serious Bodily Injury, and Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance Causing Serious Bodily Injury with an Alcohol Concentration Equivalent of .08% or More.
20-year-old Kolbi Simmons was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $5,000 bond.
158 inmates were being held in the Security center early Friday morning
