Vincennes Lincoln is an honorable mention in the Class 3-A IHSBCA preseason baseball poll. Other honorable mentions in 3-A include Jasper, Evansville Memorial, Princeton, and Gibson Southern. In class 2-A, Barr-Reeve is fourth, North Posey 5th and Forest Park 9th. Mater Dei is an honorable mention. In Class A, Tecumseh is 6th, Shakamak and Springs Valley are tied for ninth while Bloomfield and North Daviess received honorable mentions. And in 4-A votes went out to North and Castle.
There is one preseason softball scrimmage today as Vincennes Lincoln plays at North Daviess. Game time is 5:30.
