A Bicknell man is seeking help after his family reportedly lost everything in their home due to flooding on the White River east of Bicknell.
Danny Elmore’s home and belongings were damaged by flood waters from a canal that connects to the White River about 2 miles away from his home. At this point, the flood waters have displaced him, his wife, and children from their home.
