Boil Order in Place for Monroe City

The Town of Mornoe City is under a boil order, due to a water main break last night near Second and Johnson Streets. The break caused water to be shut off for a while earlier today, so the break could be repaired.
The order encourages all those in Monroe City affected by the main break to boil their water for five minutes before using. It will be in place until further notice.
