Patoka Man Arrested in Fatal Crash Investigation

A Patoka man has been arrested for his alleged part in a fatal accident that happened in late January near Patoka.
41 year-old Justin Hill is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, causing death. Authorities determined Hil had gone left of center on U-S 41 at Old 41; his red Cadillac C-T-S struk a Ford Escape, killing the driver.
Hill was arrested after toxicology tests showed he had reportedly been driving under the influence of methamphetamine. He was booked into the Gibosn county Jail.
