Two people were charged with various drug counts following a traffic stop on U-S 41 south of Princeton.
Officers found 40 year-old Carla Embry, of Harrisburg, Illinois, was allegedly operating under the influence. A search turned up meth and paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Both Embry and a passenger, 40 year-old Paul Abshear of Henderson, Kentucky, are charged with meth possession and possession of paraphernalia. That is in addition to Embry’s original charge of operating under the influence.
Both were booked into the Gibson County Jail.
