The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office says two Terre Haute men are behind bars following two shootings Thursday night in northern Vigo County.
18-year-old Joshua Torpy of Terre Haute is charged with Murder and Attempted Murder while 22-year-old Kyle Peretti, also from Terre Haute, is charged with Murder, Attempted Murder, and Assisting a Criminal.
The sheriff’s office says 46-year-old Mark Geyer and 33-year-old Meagen Anderson, both from Terre Haute, were shot.
Geyer died from his injuries while Anderson was taken to an Indianapolis hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound.
