Washington Police Arrest Man After State Street Incident

Washington Police arrested a Bloomington man early Tuesday morning after responding to the 14-hundred block of State Street concerning a man knocking on doors.
      
24-year-old Nicholas Dvorak of Bloomington was found to be in possession of a Syringe. He was also wanted out of Monroe County for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Intoxication. Dvorak was arrested without incident.
