Class 2-A number three North Knox had no problem with Vincennes Rivet 67-35. Alex McKinley led
4-1 North Knox with 18 points. Baylee McClure and Brynna Collins added 17 points each.
Mary Herman led 1-2 Rivet with 12 points and 11 rebounds while Alli Stearns also scored a dozen
for the Patriots.
Class 2-A number one South Knox drilled Evansville Mater Dei 63-30. Ella Bobe led 7-0 South
Knox with 26 points. Bren Hill added 13 points and Kendall 12 for the Spartans.

The Clark 7th grade boys Basketball team beat Jasper 31-29. Daveon Jennings led Clark with 11 points.
The Clark 8th grade boys got past Jasper 27-24. Reid Hall paced CMS with 11 points.
The North Knox 8th grade boys basketball team beat Loogootee 31-22. Klauser Rode had 16 points for the
Warriors. The 7th grade lost to the Lions 30-25. Nate Kerns had 16 for North Knox.

It’s semi-state Friday in the High School Football state tournament and a couple of area teams will be in action.
In Class 2-A, the southern semi-state has 12-1 Indianapolis Lutheran playing host to 11-2 Linton. The
Winner will face the winner between Andrean and Adams Central in next weekends state finals.
In Class 3-A, 12-1 Heritage Hills entertains 9-3 Batesville. The winner will take on the winner of the Garrett/
Fort Wayne Bishop Luers contest in next weekends state championship.
