An 18-year-old Vincennes teen is arrested for Murder.
Vincennes Police say Calvin Wittmer was arrested early Wednesday morning in connection with a shooting death at 13-10 North 14th Street.
After learning Wittmer was the shooter, he was found at a residence at 16-03 Canbro Street.
Police surrounded the house until he surrendered.
Wittmer is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
The name of the victim has not been released.
