Carl R. Fletcher, 78, of Vincennes, IN, passed away November 6, 2020, at Willow Manor.
Carl had worked as a custodian at Vincennes University, before going to work at KCARC. Following his time there, he returned to VU, and worked in the maintenance dept. During the Vietnam War, he served in the Army.
Surviving are his children, Isaac Fletcher and his wife, Myka, of Vincennes, IN, Cara Fletcher of Vincennes, IN, Dawn Axsom of Vincennes, IN, William Hueby of Vincennes, IN, and Daphne Fletcher-Stramp and her husband, Tom, of Wisconsin; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, including Judy Robinson; and his ex-wife, June Fletcher.
Born August 24, 1942, he was the son of Fred and Mary (Purcell) Fletcher.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, at 10:30, at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.
