Linda Joyce Rowe, 79, formerly of Winslow, passed away August 29, 2020, at her home in Washington.
She was born July 23, 1941, to Clarence and Arbutis (Toots) Sharp Simmons. She married Jerry Rowe on August 27, 1959.
She graduated from Winslow High School in 1959 and was a cosmetologist and registered nurse.
She is survived by two daughters, Deannda and Melissa (Misty) Rowe, of Washington; a son, Brandon Rowe, of Washington; a grandson, Tanner Hill, of Washington; sisters, Dixie (Gerald) Hale, of Portage; Connie (George) Lee, of Winslow, Vickie Colvin, of Otwell, and Rhonda (Brett) Warner, of Petersburg; and a brother, Lanny (Brenda) Simmons, of Winslow.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Jerry Rowe; her parents; her daughters, Tammy (Tom) Field and Thessia Rowe; and a brother, Deforrest (Wrex) Simmons.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a service will be at a later date, with burial in Williams Cemetery. Ed Lee Mortuary in Washington has been entrusted with arrangements.
